I'm 45 and have been an athlete most of my life. Junior Olympics gold medalist in cycling and Taekwondo, 1st-degree black belt, 3 marathons, 10 half-marathons, and a 38.5-mile thru-hike across Catalina Island. I've also had a meniscus repair and ankle ligament reconstruction, so I understand what it feels like to come back from surgery. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me rucking, backpacking, skiing, snowboarding, or lifting. I have 2 teenage boys and not enough time, just like most of my clients.
