What we do.

Rebuild

For clients coming off GLP-1s, bariatric surgery, or major weight loss, the work is building back the muscle you lost and getting strong again. Training includes compound lifts, bodyweight progressions, and walking with weight (rucking).

Transform

For clients who want to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously, this is consistent strength training with bodyweight, kettlebells, or gym weights, paired with sustainable cardio to change your body composition and make it last.

Prepare

For clients training for something specific: a backpacking trip, race, climb. We work backward from the date on the calendar so you show up more than ready. Sport-specific strength work, endurance, and the conditioning your activity actually demands.

Bowers Fit.

Marek Bowers

I'm 45 and have been an athlete most of my life. Junior Olympics gold medalist in cycling and Taekwondo, 1st-degree black belt, 3 marathons, 10 half-marathons, and a 38.5-mile thru-hike across Catalina Island. I've also had a meniscus repair and ankle ligament reconstruction, so I understand what it feels like to come back from surgery. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me rucking, backpacking, skiing, snowboarding, or lifting. I have 2 teenage boys and not enough time, just like most of my clients.
